“I was within and without. Simultaneously enchanted and repelled by the inexhaustible variety of life.” F. Scott Fitzgerald
It is from the inexhaustible variety of life I have pulled from to pen my words. Embedded within my mind, a profusion of ideas reside. The only road to sanity for me is to empty my head by way of the written word. I find inspiration in the mundane as well as the magical: art, music, nature, poetry, prose, philosophy, and science all lend their share of inspirational genius to me from time to time.
Relying on common sense, following my heart, and believing in the desired outcome are my guiding principles. Though, my perverse sense of perfectionism is the truest detriment to my life. For this reason, after much deliberation—many successes and failures, and the never-ending desire to embrace all life has to offer—I have tossed aside my fears and laid ink to bleed.
